hey, i’m loshani. i’m 23 (now 24) and come from the beautiful island of sri lanka. i was raised in dubai and moved to england 6 years ago.
i am no one special, and i could not give you a specific reason to stay and read the pages of my little exhibition. i’m just a girl who had a creative urge and this is the by product. i also apologize in advance for the lack of using caps lock appropriately, i feel like if i do, this will feel a lot more official than I’d like. i might also look back at this decision in a few months and totally laugh at myself for it.
a bit about me, i love everything caffeine, the beach (not the ocean), dogs and spicy food are my weakness. i’ve always been a lover of taking pictures, compiling videos and you’ll most likely find me behind the camera when around my friends and family.
like anyone else my age, i used social media to “blog” it all – but that just got too commercial too fast. i didn’t really feel like what I shared was seen by anyone let alone an audience that was interested and could relate. and, of course there is the time warp that comes with using social media.
now i’m here, on a thursday night in late july ’24 writing the first blog post of byloshani.com – where i continue to document the mundane, happy, adventures of my little life in a more personal light. hopefully, it interests you, bores you, entertains you or just helps you catch up with someone like you at the end of another screen.
